The Spring/Summer 2014 collection, imagined by Karl Lagerfeld, pays homage to the world of art by fusing emblematic Chanel codes with a radically modern artistic approach. A nod to the spirit of the collection: for the occasion, the Grand Palais was transformed into a monumental contemporary art gallery, paying tribute to the imagination of Karl Lagerfeld. Giant sculptures of marble perfume bottles, installations of intertwined chains… every detail celebrated the Chanel universe in a spectacular staging. Lhe collection explored creativity in all its forms, incorporating painterly prints, innovative textures and unexpectedly voluminous pieces.
